Refund, cancellation, delivery, and fulfillment policy for prepaid GPU credit purchases.

Digital delivery
Inform Technologies LLC sells digital prepaid GPU credits under the webtunel-gpu service. Credits are delivered to the account balance after Stripe confirms that the checkout session was paid.
There is no physical shipping, return shipping, or physical delivery. Access to purchased credit is provided through the dashboard balance and credit ledger.
Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered for unused prepaid credit within 14 days of purchase when the credit has not been consumed by tasks, instances, reservations, or other runtime usage.
Consumed GPU runtime, completed processing, settled task cost, reserved capacity already used, and credits granted manually by an administrator are not refundable except where required by law.
Refunds may be denied for fraud, abuse, prohibited workloads, chargeback misuse, or violation of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
Partial refunds and disputes
If only part of a credit purchase remains unused, any approved refund may be limited to the unused balance after fees, disputes, taxes, or runtime settlement have been reconciled.
For suspected duplicate payments or payment errors, contact billing@webtunel.com with the account email and Stripe checkout/session reference.
Cancellation policy
Credit purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. You can cancel before payment by leaving Stripe Checkout.
After payment succeeds, the purchase is delivered as account credit and handled under this refund policy.
